We do our best to safely pack your items. In case of damage during transit, please reach out to us on the same day of the delivery. In case we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery along with videos and images of the damaged item, then your order will not qualify for a replacement.  

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in original packing along with original invoice proof. Please note that the item will only be replaced and no money refund will be provided.
